Working principle of electric cut-off valve

Electric globe valve is an electric actuator installed on the basis of the globe valve. The opening and closing of the valve are controlled by the electric device. The valve is connected directly to the actuator. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system, which can be controlled by inputting 4-20mA signal and 220VAC power supply without additional servo amplifier. The utility model has the advantages of simple connection, compact structure, small size, light weight, small resistance, stable and reliable movement, etc. It can also be manually operated according to the requirements, and the actuator is equipped with hand and electric switch mechanism. In addition to local operation, remote operation can also be carried out.


Working principle of electric cut-off valve:


The closing principle of electric globe valve is that the valve bar is rotated by electric thrust, so that the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely adhered to prevent the flow of media. The electric cut-off valve only allows one-way flow of medium, and has direction when installed. The structure length of the globe valve is longer than that of the gate valve. At the same time, the fluid resistance is large, and the sealing reliability is not strong when the globe valve runs for a long time.


1 in the closed position, the valve body is mechanically pressed by the stem, and the sealing surface of the disc is tightly pressed on the valve seat.


2 when the handwheel is rotated counterclockwise, the stem moves backward, and the bottom angular plane causes the valve body to separate from the valve seat.


3. The stem continues to rise and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the stem, causing the disc to begin to rotate without friction.


4 until the full opening position, the stem is raised to the limit and rotated to the full open position.
